This work is personal — and it’s practical.
I’ve seen firsthand how patterns like stress, emotional eating, low energy, and burnout don’t come from a lack of information. They come from how we function every day — how we eat, think, and respond to stress. When these patterns are supported, performance improves.
As a Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor and Advanced Belief Clearing Practitioner, I support individuals and organizations in understanding what’s driving their health and performance — and how to shift it in a way that lasts.

Through my work, I've learned that when these are supported together, change becomes sustainable.
This work began with my own experience. From a young age, I struggled with patterns around food that didn’t make sense. Even though I appeared “normal” on the outside — something I learned how to do — I knew I was struggling, and I didn’t feel safe talking about it.
It wasn’t until I began looking at my health through a root-cause, whole-person lens — including nutrition, stress, and subconscious patterns — that things started to shift. That experience shaped how I work today. The same patterns that affect our health also affect how we show up, function, and perform.
I’ve been able to apply this work with clients — supporting them in creating sustainable, lasting change.
