If You’re Here, Something Has Been Whispering…

Maybe it’s subtle.

You don’t feel terrible.

But you don’t feel like yourself either.

You’re managing — but it takes more effort than it used to.

Maybe you're:

  • Waking up stiff or sore

  • Energy dipping earlier in the day

  • Cravings that feel harder to ignore

  • Weight shifting in ways that don’t make sense

  • A quiet concern about how you’ll feel five or ten years from now

You don’t want a bootcamp.
You don’t want another diet.
You don’t want a lecture.

You want clarity.
You want practical guidance.
You want to understand what your body is asking for.

That’s where this experience begins.

Healthy Aging Is Built —
Not Hoped For

Healthy aging isn’t about fighting time.
It’s about strengthening the systems that support you for the long term.

The way you move.
The way you nourish your body.
The products you use every day.

These are inputs.

Pain, fatigue, inflammation, and feeling “off” are not personal failures. They are signals.

Change your inputs — and you change your outcome.

This interactive small-group experience is designed to help you:

  • Improve mobility and release pain

  • Increase energy and mental clarity

  • Reduce chemical burden from everyday products

  • Build resilience through sustainable habits

  • Support your body intelligently — without extremes

What Makes This Different

This is not a lecture.

Each session includes three rotating small-group discussions (approximately 8 participants per group), creating space for real conversation, real questions, and real-life application.

You will experience:

  • Interactive guidance rather than passive listening

  • Practical strategies you can implement immediately

  • Support that meets you where you are

  • A format that welcomes both first-time and returning participants

Each event stands on its own.
Returning participants deepen insight and build momentum across four months.

Mitchell Hanks

Shoshanna quickly got me back on track to not just get rid of weight, but to make actionable choices on how to eat healthy now and for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend her to those that are needing a solid and knowledgeable coach in their corner.

Brian Kokal

Shoshanna is a wealth of knowledge and information. She taught us things that I’ve never discussed with my doctor about nutrition. Her knowledge of functional nutrition is outstanding. Each week, I learned things about nutrition that I never knew. For anyone wanting to lose weight, eat healthier or better understand what foods to avoid for certain conditions, Shoshanna’s help is a must!

Margie Grossman

My PT experience with Dr Bagley was the best one I have had. He was extremely thorough and helped me get out of a low back /sciatica situation. He gave me exercises to perform on my own in a very easy to follow and understand on a app platform. When starting PT with him i was very guarded and afraid to move too much… he was able to increase my mobility...His treatments gave me confidence to do the exercises i needed to do to improve my strength and resolve pain.

Julia Vanderpool

I highly recommend working with Shoshanna. She takes a whole person approach, providing great nutritional knowledge while also addressing subconscious barriers. She is very thorough and personalized, and guided me through deep diving into specific topics I wanted to focus on. I have tried a variety of programs in the past prior to working with her with little to no success. After working with her for 8 weeks, I saw noticeable improvements in my nutrition, physical health, and relationship with food. She is passionate about her work. I felt supported and like she genuinely cared about helping me improve my health. She is up to date on the latest research and her nutritional knowledge is top notch. That combined with her life experience, work with the subconscious, and empathetic nature make her an excellent nutritional counselor.

Angela Ham

Highly recommend Andrew for anyone needing physical therapy, especially lifting/sports injuries. Came to Andrew with bad back pain from heavy lifting that limited my ability to workout. Within a few sessions I was able to start incorporating movements I enjoyed again and after 10 sessions I am now back to lifting almost as heavy as I was pre injury! Andrew is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, I can tell he cares about the success of his patients. On top of that, I have a busy schedule and he was flexible in scheduling my sessions which was much appreciated. Andrew is very personable and I enjoyed each session with him!

What is this healthy aging series about?

This interactive healthy aging series brings together functional nutrition, movement and mobility education, and environmental toxin awareness in one small-group experience. It’s designed to support long-term resilience through practical, sustainable health strategies.

Is this a holistic health seminar or a workshop?

It’s a hybrid. This Charleston and virtual wellness event combines the depth of a holistic health seminar with the engagement of a movement and mobility workshop. You’ll participate in guided small-group discussions rather than sitting through a lecture.

Do I need to attend all four sessions?

No. Each session in this interactive health series stands on its own. However, attending all four dates — March 13, April 10, May 8, and June 12 — allows you to build momentum over time. You'll save $21 when you register for all four.

Is this only for people in Charleston?

No. While this is an in-person Charleston wellness event, we also offer a virtual option for this engaging healthy aging workshop for those unable to attend in-person.
